Can i become a customer

Hazenkamp is only B2B. We are a wholesale company. We sell our products exclusively to retailers in the home and living branche, hotels and restaurants. If you are matching these conditions we are pleased to welcome you as a customer. Please fill out the registration form on this website. When we receive the registration form we  will send you a login.

What is the minimum order value

The minimum order value is € 500,00

Shipping & Payment

What is the delivery time

When you have placed an order in our online shop we ship the order within 48 hours. 

Do i have to pay shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the volume of the order. We calculate € 60,00 per CBM for Germany (mainland).    

Can i collect my order

Yes, you can collect your order in our warehouse in Venlo. We notify you when your order is ready for pick-up. Normally the order is ready for pick-up within 1-2 days 

Can you send my order

We can deliver your order. We have several partners for transport. Usually they deliver orders up to the tail lift of the truck. Therefore always make sure that extra hands are available.

Can you send directly to my customer

Most transport partners only deliver to a business address. Therefore we only send to your company address or warehouse.

Warranty & return

Do i have to check a delivery.

it is important to check the shipment for transport damage. If, for example, the packaging or foil is damaged, this must be stated on the CMR of the driver. The shipment is insured for transport damage, but only if it is stated on the CMR ! (Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road).

Can i return a product

When a product is damaged, we ask you to send pictures of the product per email. When our service department has assessed your complaint, we will then instruct you how to proceed.
